Terms of Service

1.Service provider

Service Provider: The Futura Group Co., Ltd., doing business as SAMCOR.

2.Pilot validation phase

SAMCOR is currently in a pilot validation phase. Services may include manual review, supplier coordination, quote preparation, deployment planning, monitoring records, and support coordination.

3.No guarantee of supplier availability

SAMCOR does not guarantee that any specific supplier, region, GPU type, deployment timeline, or price will be available until confirmed in a written quote or service agreement.

4.Control-plane limitation

SAMCOR coordinates deployment workflows, supplier review, monitoring records, support, billing records, and compliance-aware documentation. SAMCOR does not itself operate the underlying GPU infrastructure unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

5.No regulated compliance claim

SAMCOR provides compliance-aware documentation and workflow support. SAMCOR does not provide legal, regulatory, security, or compliance certification advice.

6.Customer data responsibility

Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, security classification, and suitability of any data, model information, or workload details they submit.

7.Quotes and payment

All pricing shown on the website is indicative unless confirmed in a written quote. Pilot fees, setup fees, monthly retainers, supplier costs, and managed service fees may vary by workload, jurisdiction, support tier, and supplier availability.

8.Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for pilot services is limited to the fees paid for the specific pilot engagement giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise agreed in a signed service agreement.

9.Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the SAMCOR website, or any pilot validation phase services will be governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, the parties agree that the courts of Thailand will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

If SAMCOR later contracts through a Singapore entity or enters into a separate written services agreement with a customer, that separate agreement may specify a different governing law, venue, or dispute resolution process.

10.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or service to:

• —Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
• —Submit false or misleading information through any form
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• —Scrape the site at volumes that interfere with normal operation or in an abusive manner
• —Reproduce substantial portions of the site for commercial purposes without permission
• —AI agents reading the site for evaluation/summarization are explicitly welcome.

11.Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page for at least 30 days following the update.
