How compute appears on your invoice
Your monthly invoice shows your supplier compute cost at the rate invoiced to SAMCOR by the supplier, plus your management fee on a separate line. No infrastructure margin on standard engagements. As accounts scale and SAMCOR negotiates reserved capacity or volume pricing on your behalf, those terms are agreed in writing in your Service Agreement and remain visible on every invoice.

Audit Response Sprint

For when an active audit is in progress. A bounded 30-day engagement with specific deliverables to support your response to a regulator, board, or enterprise-client audit of your AI infrastructure. The Compliance & Audit Documentation subscription above keeps you continuously audit-ready — this Sprint is for when an audit is actually underway and a structured response package is needed.

24/7 Production Incident Response

Pricing scales with your compute volume so smaller workloads pay proportionally less. Bundled into Managed Pro with no compute surcharge.
Round-the-clock incident response with paging, escalation, and supplier coordination outside business hours. Production monitoring is included in all plans — this add-on changes when our team responds, not whether your workload is watched.
Scope and limits
- •Covers production incidents affecting workload availability or supplier-side faults that SAMCOR can escalate.
- •Does not cover changes to your application code, model weights, or in-application bugs.
- •Response targets are best-effort outside business hours and are not an uptime SLA. Uptime commitments and credits, where offered, are defined in your Service Agreement.
- •Initial acknowledgement target is 30 minutes outside business hours; mitigation target depends on supplier responsiveness.
- •Available on Managed Deployment as an add-on, and bundled into Managed Pro.

Agency and partner program
You bring the client. We run the infrastructure behind the engagement.
AI agencies can refer clients directly or present SAMCOR's infrastructure layer under their own brand. Both arrangements are governed by the SAMCOR Agency Partner Agreement. Consult your tax adviser regarding GST treatment of the billing arrangement in your jurisdiction.
